What is the standard design and tattoo process?

In the beginning stages of the design process we require that our clients fill out a form detailing their tattoo idea - particularly elaborating on location, size, and design detail. Considering Brice’s schedule, he curates his designs 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date. At the start of the appointment, he consults with the client directly about the design he has developed based on the client’s form. Brice collaborates with the client until they are satisfied with their final design and they will proceed with the tattooing process as necessary. Please note that all processes and cases can be different based on various circumstances.

How much will this cost?

Price is determined by a number of factors such as placement, size, and design detail. If you are looking to get a quote please request it within our booking form.

Does it hurt?

The simple answer is yes it does hurt. Pain is really relative. Everyone has a different tolerance for pain, especially when considering the location. However, it is not as bad as some people believe. FUN FACT: Our brain releases endorphins when your body is in pain so that you may keep going — so who knows, you might actually love it.

How should I prepare for my tattoo?

We highly recommend that you are well-nourished and rested before your appointment, eat a small meal and drink plenty of water. If you start to feel dizzy please let Brice know.

It is best not to come in after a hard night of partying. Alcohol can thin your blood and can prolong the amount of bleeding which can affect the end appearance of your fully healed artwork.

Aside from that, take a shower and charge your phone beforehand. Please wear a mask, we do not provide masks. Only one guest is allowed to accompany you. Upon arrival please message @vanillabrice1 on Instagram.

Do I need an appointment?

As of right now, Brice schedules clients by appointment only. However, If you are interested in a different date that is not available on our calendar please inform us of the ideal time and date when filling out our form.

Can I get tattooed with my friend?

Only one guest is allowed to accompany each client. Brice only accepts one at a time with our online booking process. If you are looking to get a tattoo with a friend please inquire with Brice over DM so we may schedule accordingly.
